Dr. Mark David Welliver, 54, of Yulee Florida, passed away suddenly on September, 19, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Dr. Dawn Dalpe’ Welliver and his beloved daughters, Vanessa (16) and Victoria (10).
Dr. Welliver was a professor of Professional Practice at Texas Christian University (TCU) School of Nurse Anesthesia and Director of Clinical Research for Sunbelt Anesthesia Services in Jacksonville. Dr. Welliver was not only a gifted anesthesia instructor, but also a national and international speaker for several anesthesia and pharmaceutical organizations.

WIRTH, Donald C. of Bradenton passed away Thursday, August 16, 2018 at the age of 43. He was born August 1, 1975 in Clearwater, Florida. After graduation from Largo High School, he went on to receive his CRNA degree from Florida International University. He practiced at Morton Plant, Bayfront, and Manatee Memorial and most recently at Palms of Pasadena hospitals.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Harold J Mattes, age 87, of St. Petersburg, FL and formerly of Mattoon IL, passed from this life on June 4, 2018 in St. Petersburg, FL. Harold donated his body to medical research though the Anatomy Gift Registry. Memorial gifts should be made to Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center or the charity of the donor's choice. As requested by Harold, there will be no services.
